REQUIREMENTS

>	No prior debt management experience is required

>	A background in law, banking, finance, or accounting is preferred, but not mandatory

>	The ideal candidate is a Degree/Diploma holder from a recognized university/college

>	Be aged between 25 and 40 years

>	Must reside in his/her allocated operating territory

>		Must be a legally registered business in their country of operation
>		Must have been operational for no less than 5 years
>		Must NOT be insolvent

TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW
>	Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and at least one local language

>	Personal computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook

>		All company staff must be able to communicate in English and at least one local language

>		The company must possess a competent IT infrastructure
