The Association of Debt Recovery Agents

The Association of Debt Recovery Agents (“ADRA”) was formed in South Africa in1988 and its main objectives are to help the collection businesses provide a professional service to their clients, to establish ethical standards for the collections industry and to strive for official recognition in the industry.
