Our Home Based Debt Management professionals work remotely, our entire agent selection process is also conducted remotely. You are never required to travel for an interview or pay any application fees. To apply, you must meet the basic requirements below.

Basic Requirements

• Motivation and the desire for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity
• Professional, pleasant phone presence
• Ability to quickly identify, empathize, establish trust
• Self-starter and disciplined; not easily distracted while working at home
• Works well independently
• Strong work ethic
• Uses the internet daily for downloads, email, sending file attachments, and SMS messaging
• Make a continuous stream of telephone calls to set up and negotiates payment arrangements
• Maintain customer records by coding, inputting and updating customer account information using Collection Africa Debt Management system accessed by home computer
• Ability to handle conflict over the phone with a win/win attitude

Telephone Line Access Requirements

A landline and mobile telephone that you can dedicate for your use while working, and that you can use while also accessing the Internet

Home-Office Requirements

Quiet, free of any background noise (we have a zero tolerance policy for noise)
